Take care of yourself self care tracker download

A great way to take care of yourself by listing down your basic self care activities that you do each day. Check them off once done. Once completed, reflect on your week. Consider working on those self care activities that you have avoided the most. Perform more of those activities that make you feel good.

How to Choose a Suitable Self-Care Activity to Better Take Care of Yourself?

Self care could be anything to help you keep healthy. Thus, you may explore suitable self-care activities through four dimensions: physical, emotional, financial, social, and spiritual. In addition, you may also improve your engagement in self care activities by considering potential obstacles such as your every routine. Does it provide you enough space to engage in a self care activity or rather make you feel tired?

Lastly, you may develop a self-care personalized plan based on the above mentioned categories and listing down activities for each of those. For instance, in the physical category, you might add “a 10 minutes morning walk, visiting a dentist, eating healthy.” In the social category, you might add activities like “meeting a friend, contacting family members, engaging with social act of kindness, and so on.”
